Order from any online store that delivers in the UK (Amazon, Ebay, Asos etc) and use our address as your delivery address. Once we receive your products, we will notify you and then dispatch your goods as instructed.

Not long! Our transit time is 12 days. This is an average, so sometimes it may be faster or slower. Goods leave every Friday via Heathrow Airport.

Yes, we collect. Collection from alternate addresses in the UK mainland costs £20 for the first box and £10 for additional boxes.

We know that customers may be asked to pay extra when goods arrive even though we have paid all duties and taxes. To combat this, our standard policy is to remove receipts from the box as this helps your products to avoid unwanted attention. Message us if you want to keep your receipts.

To keep our prices as low as possible, your goods are not insured. Please insure with a broker if you are shipping high value goods. Feel free to message us and we can help you arrange this.

Due to regulations around hazardous products, we cannot ship the following:
- Perfumes and body sprays.
- Motorised engines or products containing batteries.
- Flammable, corrosive, acidic or sharp items.

We thought you might say that! We are in the process of expanding our offer to include mobile phones, chargers and laptops. Hopefully this service will be possible by June.
